Hello hello hello.... I'm back again! We enjoyed our gig in Bath last Thursday, can't believe it was almost a week ago. Thanks to everyone we met down there especially the particularly spectacular Duracell - the one man band drum machine extraordinaire! You MUST catch him live if you can. See our Temposhark.com links page for his website.

Saw Immi Heap on Monday night to celebrate her new album release. It was on the South Bank with lots of other lovely people including Justine Pearsall (who we collaborated with last year on some fine art film music) and the wonderful Guy Sigsworth (who is remixing a song for Temposhark next week... more info when it's finished!). If you get a chance, buy Immi's record 'Speak For Yourself' on CD or download album from www.imogenheap.com

Tomorrow night is our next gig in London at The Glitz... come down and party with us until the early hours! It will be our last live show until the end of August at TDK music festival (when we play the same stage as GRACE JONES, YEEEHAAH!).

Still finalising the Temposhark third single and debut album artwork. It's taking longer than we'd thought it would, as is always the way with stuff like this. But we've got some good bonuses to the album which I'm sure you'll like. It'll be well worth the wait.

Went over to Immi Heap's studio this afternoon which was fun, good to see her and catch up. We did a little interview that I'll tell you more about when it comes out!

Terrible what's been happening here in London, but my friends and I are determined to get on with life and not let such evil and selfish acts stop us. I'm sending my love and thoughts out to everyone affected by yesterdays attacks. Driving back from Immi's today over Tower bridge I thought how beautiful this city is. It's a wonderful place and I'm proud to live here.

TEMPOSHARK: LOOKING FOR NEW BAND MEMBER

Yo yo yo! We are looking to find a new band member, a female backing singer to be precise, to come do live shows with us. It would also be great if you're up for playing keyboards perhaps, but no prior keyboard experience is needed!

If you think you'd be perfect and are up for playing live in front of large audiences, then please email rhiannon@spring-pr.com with some background info on yourself and a photo. It's obviously best if you live in London as that's where we rehearse.

Love Rob, Luke and Laurence. www.temposhark.com

Returned home from Glastonbury. It was amazing apart from the mud. It looked like miles of melted chocolate and I had no wellies so my feet were drenched for most of the time I was there. Luckily the Wednesday and Thursday were sunny, so I enjoyed those days even more than the wet ones! The storm on Thursday night was louder than I've ever experienced - probably because I was staying in a tent - but even Q magazine newspaper said it sounded like a rock concert in the skies! I was there with Rhiannon and Marisa Carnesky (pictured), who was putting on her amazing Ghost Train theatre ride. Here is her www.carneskysghosttrain.com
We're rehearsing today in central London, Luke has bought a new lap top to take on tour with us which is exciting along with a load of live-computer-synths which will help develop our current live set up.

Off to Glastonbury tomorrow morning... mmmmmmmm can't wait.

5 whole days in a field. That is the best way to get rid of studio tan!

Had a really great time at Scala last night for Fischerspooner. Luke and Laurence were there and we ended up partying at the after show until the early hours with Sebastian, Val and Princess Julia. I also got to meet Casey Spooner at the party. He said he recognised me because some fan on his website forum had written about how I looked like him?! How wierd is that, we don't look alike at all! Casey was particularly charming and I'm looking forward to seeing him again. Maybe in Ibiza this summer as he's got a residency at Manumission and we've been talking to the bookers about playing there. Talking of gigs, we're definitely doing the main stage at TDK festival on Sunday 28th August with GRACE JONES... As you can imagine, I am beyond ECSTATIC!

The first Temposhark album is mastered and sounding bigger than ever before so I'm very happy. 'Blame', the song I co-wrote with Youth, opens the album and is our most anthemic track yet... big strings and blippy electronics. I've just heard back from him that he likes the track and production, so that's cool.

I saw HK119 live last night at Glitz in Soho. Seriously, she is even more amazing live than in her video installations. If you're free, go see her next gig at Kashpoint on 24th June. Or you can buy her first single in July (coming out on One Little Indian) called 'Pick Me Up'. She's going to be bigger than Ziggy Stardust! Legend in the making.

At Heidi's gig last night, I heard from a friend of mine who works for One Little Indian that Bjork liked the CD single I gave her... that has to be the best news we've had all year! ;)

We've been sorting out the album artwork ideas and sleeve text with the lovely Tom Lardner and Rhiannon our manager. We've got some very exciting stuff in store. I'm already thinking about Temposhark album number 2... what's wrong with me?! I refuse to rest! New song ideas running through my head... As well as that I helped Nick Bond make up some limited edition fabric sleeves for the next single. Nick is so clever. He designed these beautiful black and cream striped wallets with a bit of black PVC in there too. R.xx
